Children of Men

Another movie that I borrowed from a co-worker. This is a futuristic movie that was made in 2006, so not very realistic for this year, 2011. The last baby is born in 2009, and in 2027, he's the youngest human alive at the age of 18, killed for not signing an autograph. A miracle occurs and a woman is pregnant. A man is helping her, through a world wrought with anarchy. It's a very bleak movie. I kept thinking, if I am alive in a world that is portrayed that way in 2027, I would commit suicide. Out of 10 stars, I give this 5 stars.

Colors

I just watched the movie "Colors". A co-worker loaned it out to me, it's one of his favorite movies. I thought it was OK, giving it for 6 stars out of 10. I do love Robert Duval. I think he's very sexy. An experienced cop works with a rookie cop with gang violence.

My goal is to try and watch a movie everyday. The first movie is "300". It took me several tries to actually watch it from beginning to end. Action packed. Overall, I enjoyed the movie. Out of 10 stars, I would give this 7 stars.
